The White House has switched their website to the open-source CMS system Drupal. The previous system was a proprietary system implemented during the Bush Administration, but was not flexible enough. Drupal was chosen because of its ease of use, speed of updating, and obviously, security.
Hmmm, Loewen Consulting has been using it for a while now ... I guess we're doing something right!

LLT already had a website, but it was difficult to update, and therefore, wasn't being updated regularly. We quickly updated some key parts of their original website, and then started the renovation. By adding a Content Mangagement System, we made updating their site much easier, and were able to add a secure, employee-only section as well.
